NCLEX Sponsorship Program (to be sponsored)
Applicants for this program must have:
- 12 consecutive months of tenure
- Be a benefits-eligible FTE
- No disciplinary action in the last 12 months
- Fewer than 6 occurrences of unscheduled PTO or tardiness in the last12 months
- Active CCHT Certification
Mentorship Program (to be a mentor)
To be a mentor, applicants must be a Registered Nurse with:
- 12 consecutive months of tenure
- Be a benefits-eligible FTE
- No disciplinary action in the last 12 months
- Fewer than 6 occurrences of unscheduled PTO or tardiness in the last 12 months
- Comfortable providing constructive feedback
